Processing will take between 4-10 business days, but please allow extra time for some items. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. All packages are processed from our warehouses in China. It is the customers responsibility if the package requires pick-up. Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared.
Shipping is free on all orders over $200 USD (shipping costs excluded).

Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do no have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to the origin warehouse and will not be reshipped.
REALTAKAI is not responsible for orders after being shipped, as this applies to shipping delays and customs fees. Any lost or damaged items must be retrieved or compensated through the shipping couriers. If the shipping address was incorrectly filled out the buyer is responsible for any loses that may occur.

We offer free exchanges if there are any defects that have taken place in the outcome of our fault. If a problem does occur, please contact us within 48 hours within the item(s) arrive/are delivered. At this time we do not accept returns.
1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you requested a return request (via email) within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status and you have not received a confirmation email
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay
-the ordered item is out of stock.
We do not issue refunds once the order has been fulfilled and/or has shipped, as all sales are final. Once shipped, regarding wanting a different size or color, we unfortunately cannot offer any free exchanges, but we may help offer a low-cost alternative if you contact us. You may contact us if you would like to change the color or size if the product has not been shipped.
